What have I been doing with 20% of my time?

I am working with Nicole Magnish on my 20% project and we are doing a book about a murder mystery.  Nicole is writing the book and I am drawing the cover and the back.  I drew two covers and let Nicole pick one of them.  She picked the second one.  Then we had to find a title for the book.We decided on SCREAM.  Now that we had the cover and the title,we still had to come up with words for the back of the book.  Meanwhile I was working on the copy cover.  Finally, after some thinking,we came up with the right words for the back.  After that I wrote the words on the copy cover.  Then I started drawing and writing the good cover.  Once I was done that,I colored it and went over the words with marker.  By then I was almost done.  To finish it off,I glued a piece of paper to the inside so the marker wouldn’t show through as much. Then I was done!I liked drawing and coming up with designs. If I would ever redo this project I would like to have better drawing and maybe not so many questions on the back of the cover.  Thank-you for reading!!!

  1. Your structure was good but next time you might want to worry about using spaces.

  2. I really liked you tittle. For next time you might want to spend some time searching for spots where you could put some periods.

  4. That was great! Next time consider adding commas to the really short sentences.

  5. Nicole, good overview of your participation in the project. You provided good insights into the process of creating the cover, and other components of the novel. You also provide some critical analysis and give several ways that you would change your own project if you were to redo it in the future. I am a little curious if there is anything about the project in general that you would consider changing, something you didn't touch on in your response. Generally well done. MrB
